When attending a class at Hidden Dragon, you will always be taught by at least a Black Belt (or higher grade such ad 2nd Dan, 3rd, 4th etc.) so you know you are always getting top-notch instruction from someone with years of experience. Classes are fully insured with DBS checked instructors.
We are pleased to also be able to offer private lessons (on a 1 to 1 or small group basis) should you want to learn but cannot always make the usual classes or need some extra help to fine tune your training, prepare for grading or just get that move right that you haven't quite mastered yet!
For your first few lessons it's best to wear light, loose fitting clothing (or leggins) and ideally trainers or plimsoles (without laces). No watches or dangling ear rings and long hair tied back. Once you join the club we can advise you on club uniform.
Regretfully we do not allow "walk in" attendance at any of our classes due to insurance, health and safety reasons. It is neccessary to "book in". Many thanks for your understanding. However, parents of junior members of the club are welcome to stay and watch, or why not join in and learn some moves as well?
We follow current government guidelines regarding covid, but respectfully ask any student that is showing symptoms or feeling unwell to avoid classes. Facemasks are optional.
